Please join us for a wonderful evening pairing your choice of wine with a delectable Irish menu


    Amuse Bouche’ (presented on platters at counter)

    Mini Irish meat pies in pastry
    Wild rice and barley stuffed mushrooms

    Soup course –
    Irish carrot and clove soup

    Salad Course-
    Salad of baby field greens, grated Dubliner cheese, pickled golden beets,
    red onion and cucumbers with a light tarragon vinaigrette

    Entree Course –
    Roasted sliced herb stuffed loin of pork with tart apple coulis,
    Irish potato cakes with chives, roasted zucchini and cauliflower tossed in garlic served over a bed of wilted spinach

    Chocolate stout cake with Chantilly whipped cream

WINE : B.Y.O.B. ~ of sorts

Introduce the table to your favorite wine, pour a small amount then pass left for others to try. Limited to 24 guests it promises to be a very fun evening if not also a wonderful introduction to some new wines.

Recommended pairings: Sauvignon Blanc, a dry Rose, Pinot Noir, Syrah or a red blend.
