Tod and Maxine McClaskey Culinary Institute

Clark College is officially opening a brand new state-of-the-art culinary institute on Tuesday, November 28,  from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and you’re invited to join us for the ribbon cutting.

The Food and Wine Society of Clark County is honored to be presenting a check for $10,000.00 to the college in support of this new program during the ceremony.

The grand opening will include cooking and baking demonstrations and tours of the $10.5 million facility. The ceremony is open to the public.

Event Information

This event is a fundraiser for the Foundation Scholarship in Viticulture and Culinary Arts.

The evening includes a silent and live auction, Bagpipes, and the Ode to the Haggis as well as the very popular “Dessert Dash.”

Your ticket price of $100 will include:

  • Welcome Cocktail to enjoy during the silent auction
  • Delicious multi-course dinner of “traditional Scottish fare”
  • Complimentary wine, beer and Scotch toast with dinner
  • A no host bar is available

Tickets sold individually or “by the table.” A table of 10 is $1,000. Table sponsors receive premium wines.

Registration opens at 4:30pm, the event begins at 5:00pm

The silent auction closes when dinner is served.
