This event is a fundraiser for the Foundation Scholarship in Viticulture and Culinary Arts.
The evening includes a silent and live auction, Bagpipes, and the Ode to the Haggis as well as the very popular “Dessert Dash.”
Your ticket price will include:
- Welcome Cocktail
- Delicious multi-course dinner
- Complimentary wine, beer and Scotch toast
- No host bar is available
Tickets will be sold individually or “by the table.”

It’s hard to believe that September is already here…a time to celebrate the harvest and reap the bounty of our neighboring farms and wineries. And what better way to celebrate than to come together to enjoy a meal showcasing the very best the region has to offer.
Some of the area’s finest local chefs have partnered with our local farms, purveyors, and wineries to create an incredible five-course culinary experience showcasing the very best our region has to offer. This event promises to offer one of the best and most memorable meals you’ll enjoy all year.
Proceeds from the dinner benefit the Wine and Food Society of Clark County and the Vancouver Farmer’s Market Foundation.

We are helping a member sell their classic wine collection due to medical issues. Since the inventory is diverse we have put together wines in lots of 6 and will begin taking bids immediately. Bidding will close Saturday November 19th and can be distributed to you Sunday the 20th.
- All the wines listed have been stored in a temperature controlled wine cellar of a Vancouver, WA based collector after purchase directly from the wineries. Wines are currently being stored at a professional facility in Vancouver, WA.
- The “Lot Starting Bid” amount is the lowest bid that will be accepted for each Lot. The highest bid made on each Lot at the close of bidding will be awarded that set of six wines.
- Payment for wine will be via cash or PayPal only, cash avoids processing fee.
- All wines listed herein are considered in “as is” condition. There will be no refunds or exchanges on any of the wines purchased.
- A portion of all proceeds will benefit the Wine & Food Society of Southwest Washington!

Mini Irish meat pies in pastry
Wild rice and barley stuffed mushrooms
Soup course –
Irish carrot and clove soup
Salad of baby field greens, grated Dubliner cheese, pickled golden beets,
red onion and cucumbers with a light tarragon vinaigrette
Entree Course –
Roasted sliced herb stuffed loin of pork with tart apple coulis,
Irish potato cakes with chives, roasted zucchini and cauliflower tossed in garlic served over a bed of wilted spinach
Chocolate stout cake with Chantilly whipped cream
WINE : B.Y.O.B. ~ of sorts
Introduce the table to your favorite wine, pour a small amount then pass left for others to try. Limited to 24 guests it promises to be a very fun evening if not also a wonderful introduction to some new wines.
Recommended pairings: Sauvignon Blanc, a dry Rose, Pinot Noir, Syrah or a red blend.
Seating is limited.
